Prayer Circle: Reclaiming Prayer without Religion

This free community gathering offers a non-religious form of prayer — understood not as belief, but as intention, attention, and directed consciousness.

Drawing on quantum principles, the practice explores how focused intention, when held collectively, can shape experience and create unity in times of uncertainty. Rather than asking for outcomes, we listen, attune, and hold space — for ourselves, for others, and for what is unfolding.

New Moon in-person Meditation

In the pause of the new moon, we are invited to honour that stillness within and with that, breathe in to reset deeply.

As one cycle comes to an end another begins we reconnect within to honour our own cycles of creating and undoing which allow us to progress and evolve.

In this journey we will at first let go and relax, we will connect to our universal self and allow it to ground more fully in earth gradually embodying more.

Full Moon Meditation

Full moons symbolise unity, manifestation, and completion — an illuminated reminder of humanity’s oneness with the earth’s timeless and essential rotation around the sun.

The full moon and the periods before and after it are productive times to restore and bring balance into our lives. It is a time to re-calibrate our inner and outer worlds, bring about equilibrium in our relationships and balance our internal masculine and feminine energies.
